Waste types

We can offer a solution for most categories of material that needs to be compacted. Even though there are considerably more than five, we divide them into five “main” categories.

Cardboard

Capacity: Up to 1400 kg/h
Density: Up to 600 kg/m³
Compaction rate: Up to 50:1
Because of the simplicity for the user and that a Brickman can be placed directly in connection with the waste source, it saves our customers a lot of time and thereby money.   Many pleased customers (industrial, foodstuffs, retailing) uses a Brickman today as a reliable employee in order to obtain best possible logistics.
 

PET

Capacity: Up to 900 kg/h  25.000 1 L bottles/h
Density: Up to 600 kg/m³
Compaction rate: Up to 30:1
The amount of PET bottles on the market increases steadily and thereby also the amount of bottles that are recycled. Brickman has become a concept when it comes to compacting recycled PET bottles on breweries and recycling plants. Also fluid filled bottles (as of production problems, returns etc) can be compacted in Brickman. Fluid is collected under the machine at the same time as the bottles are being compacted into briquettes.


Paper cuts

Capacity: Up to 700 kg/h
Density: Up to 600 kg/m³
Compaction rate: Up to 20:1
By using a Brickman a fully automatic compaction solution for paper cuts and shredded paper. Feeding of the material can be done by air transport or conveyor belt. Many pleased customers (printers, book binderies, paper mills) uses a Brickman today as a reliable employee in order to obtain best possible logistics.


Aluminium

Capacity: Up to 500 kg/h  27.000 pcs. 33 cl cans/h
Density: Up to 1200 kg/m³
Compaction rate: Up to 35:1
Drink cans in aluminium and steel are suitable for compaction in a Brickman. Brickman can achieve a compaction density of up to 1200 kg/m3. Also fluid filled cans (as of production problems, returns etc) can be compacted in a Brickman. Fluid is collected under the machine at the same time as the cans are being compacted into briquettes.
